I learned a lot about the corporate retail environment. Gained new skills in talking about KPIs and SOP and other jargon. I am now able to incorporate new skill sets and feel more well rounded.

Not enough support from home office. Lots of busy work in the form of excel sheets. Needs to be better at communicating tasks and set reasonable goals and expectations. Onboarding process needs improvement.

If it was possible to give 10 stars I would! My experience at Oak + Fort has been nothing short of incredible and I’ve loved every minute of the last 3+ years here! I really don’t see myself ever leaving and I can’t think of a single reason why I ever would.
