I have been working at OakBend Medical Center full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

hospital strives to be patient customer service focused, even though it comes at cost of employees being overworked and job dissatisfied

    Cons

husband & wife VP's and part of CEO clique, and that's where from the top down management makes decisions that look and feel like favoritism.

    Advice to Management

reduce your high employee turnover - frequent elimination of staff or firing them when you want them silenced on their opinions and input or you just don't like them creates insecurity and lots of disruption in the organization

I worked at OakBend Medical Center full-time

    Pros

Supportive staff and management. They seemed to care about their employees.

    Cons

We had to answer the call lights within a certain time frame and if we didn't it would be marked down. It holds us accountable to respond to the lights in a timely manner but sometimes it was really hard to respond when multiple went off at the same time and each one took a while to attend to.
