I have been working at Oakmont Country Club part-time

    Pros

You're caddying at Oakmont Country Club. Working with Jon Migley the caddie master, he's great and only has your best interests in mind. For the sevices that you offer, you get compensated really well.

    Cons

Initially tough to land the job since there are an overabundance of caddies in the program.

    Pros

Great club. Great members. Great staff. One perk working there.. you get to golf on Mondays. Free lunch. Tips were great.

    Cons

Management was unprofessional at times and I never reported anything which was my problem. Always short staffed. No breaks given just 30 minutes lunch. Poor communication.

    Advice to Management

    Do a better job managing.
