    Wonderful training. Really supportive culture that values customers experiences. Really enjoyed working with clients from all over the world.

    Old computing system-or at least when I was there

    I have been working at Oakwood Worldwide full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Most of the employees on-site are friendly so there is a "family-like atmosphere". They offer a decent starting salary with room for improvement and promotion. Schedules can be rather flexible and Oakwood University continues to train and improve employees.

    Cons

    Process can get repetitive with the guest calls. It's not so bad if you can concentrate on simply wanting to help the guests but again there will be many similar calls (i.e. Wifi, TV, key bax, parking space).

    Advice to Management

    Continue to innovate with the employees. More flexible schedule options would be ideal. Starting wages should be a little hire or at the very least account for minimum wage increases.

    Pros

    Global organization fosters collaborative approach for our customers. Not a one size fits all solution.
    Talented, dedicated people work here. I feel supported and know we all work MAGIC to take care of our guests!

    Cons

    Managing global accounts means sometimes my work days are LONG- to incorporate calls with West Coast, Singapore and London. But I love working with such a diverse team!

    Advice to Management

    Continue to invest in the company- great things continue in our future.

    Family culture, great people, great management, flexibility. Oakwood is the best in it's class!
