    I worked at Oasis Foods full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Getting out of the place alive and with my dignity intact.

    Cons

    CEO is a Bully and a Legend in his own mind. There is zero training or opportunity for career advancement. The only people that stay are those who have no self worth and believe they can't find another job.

    Advice to Management

    Needs an overhaul from the Top down. As long as Anthony Alves has anything to do with Oasis it will continue to be a train wreck.

    There is really nothing positive to say about this company.

    Poor management from the top, hostile work environment, false promisses

    Needs to be replaced from the top down, can't teach an old dog new tricks.
