    Pros

    Pros

The benefits are nice, and there are a lot of resources available to the HR team

    Cons

The company was acquired and of course acquisitions come with a lot of growing pains. In their case it is too much too fast without great communication but that may not be their fault

    "Bad benefits management; financial mismanagement"

I worked at Oasis® full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

None that I can think of

    Cons

As a benefits manager, I was an employee of this company via another staffing agency, i.e. my paychecks came from Oasis. In 2018, a $6M lawsuit against Oasis was settled against Oasis for their mishandling of 401K funds and costs. My personal experience has also included lost HSA funds and an overcharge for STD, both deducted from my paycheck, which I have spent countless hours trying to resolve over many months. Some of these issues occurred because Oasis disallowed me to make a change during an open enrollment period. Their attitude has been terrible, and they have failed to acknowledge their role in these errors. Clearly there is a pattern of financial mismanagement of employee funds at this company. Since they are in the business of benefits management, that is the only thing they need to focus on, and it should be executed flawlessly. I would give Oasis a zero star rating if possible.
