    Pros

    The people are fantastic and willing to work.

    Cons

    There is not a ton of knowledge to draw from so you must be a creative out of the box thinker.

    Advice to Management

    Screen your applicants thouroughly. There are some quality people but there are a lot of the opposite.

    Pros

    Hand on and caring supervisors in my department, nice co-workers, get to do for free plenty of attractions in the area

    Cons

    Low pay rate, no holiday special pay rate, winter is very busy and require a lot of hours

    Advice to Management

    Apply more innovation and embrace more change for better
