Terrible leadership and processes

Pros

Good pay and somewhat flexible with work from home.

Cons

Terrible leadership. Terrible processes. They will not slow down to make system improvements. The ERP system being used is not being used correctly, but leadership will not allow the time or resources to learn how to use it correctly. When they want things done, they want things done that day, with no questions asked, and no resistance from you. They do not listen to your thoughts, opinions, feedback, etc. They will ignore you when you need assistance on important tasks. They ask you to do all this research and data compilation, but then when it comes down to it, they’ll scrutinize every last thing, disagree with everything, and give no constructive criticism or offer any assistance. You can have everything laid flat out and show them the facts and proof, and they’ll still disagree and argue with you. They have no processes in place and very little SOP’s, if any at all really. There is no structure. They allow sales to run the show for a lot of the company. Sales tries to do accountings job often, including trying to say when things are paid and sending invoices themselves, despite the CEO beating down on accounting to send the invoices. It just doesn’t happen often because sales will usually say that they want to send the invoice because it’s either a “new customer” or because it’s a “complicated customer”. There is so much more, but all in all, I would highly advise against seeking employment with this company.
