    Pros

    I liked working there. Great people. Lots of perks. On site gym and hair salon.i would recommend this company to work for.

    Cons

    The management was not very good. They wanted to micromanage but you can avoid this by knowing how to talk to them. I never had any problems but others did.

    Pros

    They were a good company to work for with strong managers and little turnover. Training was not an issue and professionalism is expected.

    Cons

    Now that it is purchased by Cannon some of the company rich culture has been lost and has leaned more on the "copier sales market and stratagy".

    Advice to Management

    Do lose the special high end feel that Oce brand demanded and provided.

    Pros

    If you like almost zero training and random change this is the place for you.

    Cons

    Sink or Swim attitude with many aspects of daily operations. Regional manager was absent most of the time. There was no branch manger for much of my stay. Service manger would change show room floor codes on copiers so no one would have access from day to day prohibiting employees to train and provide walk through's to potential. My starting hourly wage was agreed upon via email and spoken word until my first day and then reduced by the regional manger on the spot. The first day of a municipal contact install the sales representative who sold the account called to say he could not report to the install process because it was foggy outside. Within five months two senior sales reps quit.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to field agents and implement best policy and practices to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

    Good entry level job. Easy application process and interviewer asked typical questions. Gain decent experience in working in a corporate environment. Room for growth. 100% 401k

    Workload depends on where you are stationed. It can be slow and boring or hectic with no time for lunch. Bad health benefits

    Pros

    Great training program. Very patient and realistic with their first year trainees. Very promising career path.

    Cons

    The company restructured during a merger. They let a lot of first year new hires go. It was a big disappointment considering how well their training program was.
