    Pros

    Pay is reasonable, management is supportive, great work atmosphere. As a whole, the company manages their funds well and cares for the employees.

    Cons

    Low promotional increase in pay.

    Silo mentality- not much career mobility and they tend to pigeon hole people.

    Pros

    Great People, Benefits and Compensation.

    Cons

    No room for advancement. You work hard and long hours, but are at least compensated for those long hours. They have on line training, but not the type of training you need to learn more about the area(s) you work.

    Advice to Management

    Would have been great if there was more training and room for advancement.

    Pros

    Great company, cared about it's people. Compensated well, awesome benefits. Lots of exciting projects to learn and work on.

    Cons

    Consistently not enough staff to handle all the business needs. Projects and Operations team did both which created opportunities and taxed the staff.

    Cons

    Culture in transition as they make a CEO change. Reducing their scope during this low energy prices environment. Serverancing and early retiring a great deal of valuable human capital with important knowledge and experience.

    Plenty of work to do, lots of training available, challenging projects from day one. Overall, good management style. Good benefits

    Cons

    Sink or swim environment - help is there, but you need to ask for it. Lack of communication from upper management.
