    Pros

Great technical vision and seizure of capital opportunities.
Majority Market Share in ROV Worldwide
Constantly diversifying and evaluating market trends.

    Cons

Management is clique-ish at the local levels, leaving the same handful of preferred people on a carousel for desirable positions, despite performance or experience. Employees outside of that circle will be disappointed. Corporate management has great vision for the company, but appears to be out of touch with the politics at the local level. Management makes deals it can't/won't keep as employee incentives. This is common across many regions/divisions.

    Advice to Management

Corporate management needs to clean house at the local business unit management level.

    Pros

Very diverse organization serving numerous industries. Very motivated and skilled staff.

    Cons

Inconsistent in the organizational structure and the chain of command. There is significant investment in leadership training but very little reinforcement of basic leadership principles or action taken to move poor leaders to positions better suited for their expertise.

    Advice to Management

Seek feedback from the amazing team that work across the organization and don't always rely on the sales numbers and mid managers reports to provide the entire picture.

    Advice to Management

Slow down a bit. Take your time to get the job done right. Haste makes waste.
