I do not have a pro. I left a well paying job for the idea of a schedule and thats a joke. They may have been a good company in the past but with what I know I would never go back.

Low Pay, no schedule, very buddy buddy. Was told i was going to get a schedule. lefty a job that payed way more for the idea of a schedule and never got a schedule. Pay is low may as well stay at the house. As far as work life balance they care nothing about it as long as the job is done and they have their quota. People in the office have no clue was called 2 times to take drug tests while i was offshore and they could not understand why i would not take the test.

Good work life balance as they give a lot of leaves to avail other than public holidays. No one asks to work extra hours unless its month end (that too if you have pendency). Managers and Team leaders are supportive.

One has to wait a lot for promotion.
