    Pros

    People have been here for 40+ years! That itself proves what a great company it is. Great management, friendly coworkers, and lots opportunity for growth.

    Cons

    If you work in the main office the commute out to Mililani is long if you're coming in from town, but well worth it!

    Pros

    Benefits: Vacation, Cable/internet, pension. Vacation pay is based on prior year's performance (base/commission) rather than base pay.

    Cons

    Terrible culture. Management doesn't care about people. Departments are more concerned with protocol ("it's not my job") versus actually getting through red tape to help a customer. They believe their product is so superior, customers will pay any price and wait any length of time for it.

    Advice to Management

    Your CEO tried to sell off the company for his golden parachute 8 weeks into his job. Leadership is a top down trickle...get rid of those cancers that make your company suck. Find management who cares about people: employees and customers.

    Pros

    Easy to get a job here they hire just about anyone with a pulse. The employee discount is substantial if you live in a TWC area.

    Cons

    The training Is horrible the goals the company sets are unrealistic this San Diego location needs a visit from the show under cover boss. I don't believe Comcast would have any interest in TWC if they new how horrible they really are to its employees and customers im talking about unexplained cancelations and raises in cost changes to bill without notification just shady business. The supervisors have a 1000 excuses but no answers.

    Advice to Management

    Please provide better training and provide answers instead of excuses. And stop being so arrogant and be more approachable.

    Employees go above and beyond

    Cons

    Corp has now got a hold of this company and is holding it down. But this company insist on pushing forward with or without Corporate.

    Advice to Management

    Management is afraid of corporate. You do have one VP that is the fighter. That VP holds the company together. As for middle management, not all are born leaders. Just task people.

    i work 5 days a week 8 to 5. i want a company that gives benefits for long term. commission on sales

    the benefits is not too good and not documented. i want more money so i can support my needs and lifestyle. I dont have much leave credits
