I have been working at Oceans Healthcare full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I've been employed with Oceans Healthcare for a little over a year. Like any job it has its ups and downs. Very fast pace, lots of phone calls, and traffic from new patients to their family or other facilities to speak with our counselors, discharge planners. I love to be a team player and take care of my coworkers and patients. I don't get much interactions with patients once they go to the units. I have the most amazing supervisor, when you need her she is there. She is always helping our department and making sure we are all treated equally. They try to ensure our safety when handling new patients they have protected our area with plexy glass and having us ask for help from the units, administration, and admissions personal. Communication could use some work, but that could be said for any job you work at. We We are a great team and always try to work together to make sure our patients get the care that they need in a timely manner. We are one receptionist to each shift, and we all have tasks to be completed. Sometimes these tasks are not completed as quickly as others due to phones ringing frequently and heavy traffic of new patients. Here at Oceans, we truly are a family!

    Cons

Better communication with the front regarding the labs
