I have been working at Oculus full-time

    Pros

There were a lot of perks. Free and discounted skin care products. Really relaxed environment. Half days work days on Friday

    Cons

Very small practice. All women work there and can be very catty

    Advice to Management

Take advantage of your smart employees and treat them with more respect

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Culture was a lot of fun. The focus on community was excellent, and the principals support the employees in fostering a fun, community environment.

    Cons

Growing pains were evident--as the company gained size, it struggled to maintain it's identity as a creative, fun place to work.

    Advice to Management

Find a way to balance policy and preferrence for a loose, fun culture. Harness the willingness of employees to contribute outside their job description.
