I worked at Odyssey Information Services full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The Account Reps and the Technical Recruiter keep in touch with you at all times, even after you start the contract position. They are great at introducing you to other Odyssey consultants at the client sites and have monthly lunches on site to keep everyone informed to what is happening at Odyssey, changes in benefits, reviews, etc.
Great staff to work with and they hire only top quality technicians. You are treated professionally at all times.

    Cons

There are very few cons working with Odyssey, In fact so few I cannot think of any.
That says slot for the organization.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work!

I worked at Odyssey Information Services full-time

    Pros

Great location. Benefits are in line with the market.

    Cons

The colleagues are terrible. E.g. people working in recruiting who have no business being anywhere near a recruitment job. Recruiters whose background consists of dancing or other irrelevant activities. Recruiters who don't take their job seriously, and ignore or even worse insult candidates. Recruiters who have no grasp of the area they work in (e.g. technical recruiter), or specifics for a position (e.g. technical requirements), yet who make decisions about candidates. Colleagues with an attitude.

    Advice to Management

Completely redo the recruitment department. It's an embarrassment.

I have been working at Odyssey Information Services (More than a year)

    Pros

Odyssey has a good reputation at Southwest Airlines. They have a nice facility and pretty good benefits. The folks in the office and my recruiter seemed professional and helpful during onboarding.

    Cons

As my contract ended, my recruiter did not seem interested or display in urgency to find me another contract. It was very disappointing.
