The OAG offers some of the most flexible work plans and there is minimal over time required. Furthermore, you get an excellent retirement package.
There are limited growth opportunities and merit is not appreciated as much as seniority, that means you can be the smartest and brightest person but you will not get paid for it.
Advice to Management
They should start paying out bonuses or appreciate newer ideas from other staff members. The pyramid structure hurts staff in that we are not able to contribute better ideas.
