I have been working at OfficeTeam full-time

    Pros

You can get placed quickly into an assignment.

    Cons

They need bodies in jobs and don't actually take into account/care what skills you have. Every place I have been placed I have been horribly bored and way overqualified.

    Pros

Quick to get you into a job when they appear.

    Cons

They find short-term hiring for companies that view temps as easily replaceable. Not necessarily their fault, but it's something to know before signing up with them.

    I worked at OfficeTeam part-time

    Pros

I have no pros other one worker tried to find me a job.

    Cons

How they function as a whole I never did understand because a lot of people try to get morning appointments and its like impossible. And some the jobs they want to fill seem to still be open and never filled.

As the title follows not only, they are mediocre at best, and seem to pay low. They are not a forgiving group at this particular location. I called them to to see if I can seek employment again, and when they were signing me up they said I can never work with them again. I was a no call no show for interview. When I explained what happen because it is not in my character to ever do that it was they still say no. I spoke to the regional manager as well, and same answer. I have no reason to lie, and people are human and mistakes are going to happen but I never ran into nothing like this before.

    Advice to Management

Maybe change you policy to instead of telling potential they are banned forever, especially for their first offense. Put them a 3 to 6 month suspension then ban them.

I worked at OfficeTeam full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Nothing positive comes to mind.

    Cons

You never know what you're up against with this agency. They promise one thing but deliver another.

    Advice to Management

Polish off those rough edges of a couple recruiters there and teach them about professionalism and ethics or have them get out.

Uncapped commissions, if you can attain them. Decent starting salary for entry level job. Clear promotion structure.

    Cons

Long days. The work/life balance is tough. It usually takes at least a year to achieve your first commission bonus. A good bonus is around $800.
