I have been working at OfficeTeam full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

This company really takes the time to invest in their people so that they cannot only be successful in their current position but grow professionally as well. The position is structured where you're never stuck doing the same task day in and day out. There is constant variety to keep you challenged. They not only invest in their sales team and recruiters but also the relationships they have with both their clients and candidates. Each individual is here for a different reason but we all have a passion for finding the right position for the right candidate.

    Cons

The office is fast-paced and clients and candidates' needs are constantly changing. For someone who enjoys staying busy and avoiding boredom this is great but may be a challenge for someone who enjoys a strict routine. You're able to earn commission which is great, and has you put in that extra five minutes to get one last call. However, this means arriving a little earlier on some days for an interview before a candidate's work day. It means staying a little later to call a new employee and see how their new job is going. Although rewarding it is not your typical clock in and clock out mentality.

    Advice to Management

Continue the training programs and mentorship programs - they help more than you know!

    I worked at OfficeTeam full-time

    Pros

OfficeTeam is really quick to find a job placement. They also have many opportunities for temps.

    Cons

They don't always pay attention to your salary requirements. I told them I needed to make $16/hour and they kept sending me to locations that paid $14/hour. It was better than nothing, but still...

    Advice to Management

    None.

I have been working at OfficeTeam full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Since you enter their offices they make you feel very calm and confident. They are charismatic, attentive to detail and very professional. They are responsible for doing all the paperwork and searching for opportunities. They work fast, efficiently and keep you up to date at all times. I recommend that you let them know what you are really looking for including the payment you want and it is very possible that they find excellent options. Good luck!

    Cons

In my case I did not have cons only pros. I was lucky.

    Pros

Training, if you are starting off in staffing. You learn a lot. Other than that, not a good place to be at.

    Cons

Horrible managment, disorganized, very low pay and very low commission. Not much room for growth. High expectations on a low salary.

    Advice to Management

Learn how to manage. There is a high turn over in your company for a reason. Tackle that issue and maybe that will help u bring better employees and better business.

    I worked at OfficeTeam full-time

    Pros

What I enjoyed about RH is the professional work environment and collaboration to help each other when needed. Great place for people starting out and relocating.

    Cons

Years of experience does not necessarily equal adequate pay. Turn around time for placement seems really long especially when there are opening on their job board.

    Advice to Management

Focus on retention with better compensation for seasoned talent.
