    I worked at OfficeTeam full-time

    Pros

OfficeTeam is really quick to find a job placement. They also have many opportunities for temps.

    Cons

They don't always pay attention to your salary requirements. I told them I needed to make $16/hour and they kept sending me to locations that paid $14/hour. It was better than nothing, but still...

    Advice to Management

    None.

I have been working at OfficeTeam full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

I've temped off and on for OfficeTeam /Robert Half, Int. since 1999. I've always been able to count on them to not only find me a reliable, well paying position; but to count on them staffing with me quality companies.

    Cons

My only qualm is in the way that thy accumulate time; which makes it tough to qualify for paid holidays.

    Advice to Management

Re-evaluate how clients are paid for holidays.

I have been working at OfficeTeam full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Caring professionals
    Responsive
    Great follow-up
    Actually listen to YOU
    Non-judgmental
    Human touch
    Personal
    Diligent
    Persistent
    Work hard for you
    Friendly
    Always answers their phone!

    Cons

Communication is a two way street and is required for all parties to be happy. State clearly what you're looking for and check for understanding.

    Advice to Management

Reward and recognize your star employees-- they're worth it!

I have worked with Tara Farrell in the Sacramento location for a couple of years. She has worked tirelessly to find and arrange job interviews for me. I enrolled through Maria Fuentes at a different Sacramento location stemming from a job posting I saw and wanted to be considered for. Maria was fantastic during the enrollment process ( which is thorough and extensive). She reviewed my entire job history and asked detailed questions. I was allowed to explain my side of the story with a bad experience I had with an employer and she listened without judgment. She called every one of my references and didn't write me off as a "bad employee" based on one employer. It's not always the employees "fault" when a working relationship goes south. Integrity and fairness is a two way street.

I began working with Tara (and her equally great team) when a position that matched my qualifications became available. What patience she has! She always kept me posted, always got me an interview, and was honest with the process. She has found three great positions for me and I'm at working at the last place she found for me. I informed her senior manager of how great Tara is and I feel great knowing that she is appreciated. This is not an easy industry she works in, but she works hard at it and will work hard for you. I've always been honest and upfront with her and she appreciates it.

Another great thing about Officeteam is that after the initial application, interview and background check - everything else just flows seamlessly. If they find a great match, an interview happens within a day or two and BAM--you are being considered for a position that usually begins right away. If you apply with a hundred others through a company's job posting, it could be weeks or months before you hear anything (if you hear anything at all). You have nothing to lose by having Officeteam search for you while you continue to look on your own. Just make sure you are clear in what your standards are (part time, temporary only, direct hire).

Jackie in their front office is incredibly professional and friendly. She has had to remind me to submit my timesheet and help me through autopay bugs - how patient is she!

I cannot recommend OfficeTeam enough. Call them today!
