I have been working at Ogilvy & Mather full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Some of the sharpest people in the entire company. Clients are top notch, and the projects are very challenging. OgilvyRED gives the chance to solve some truly complex problems for the biggest companies.

OgilvyRED's culture is phenomenal. People are absolutely wonderful to work with and very friendly towards each other. Work/life balance is very good - especially for consulting.

    Cons

There is needs to be some structure around talent development. More emphasis needs to be made on L&D and mentorship. We attract the best employees, but we need to do a better job cultivating their skill sets

    Advice to Management

    Invest in your people, please.

    Pros

There truly is no culture like Ogilvy's. When they say it's a family the mean it.
