- free coffee - nice office - can work from home whenever you like - relatively nice colleagues (if they like you) - good for people who are really just starting out (because they give you everything to do)

- toxic culture (everyone is in cliques, interns are outcasted) - talked about mental health and was seen as a burden - no work life balance at all (have to work on weekends and gets whatsapp texts after 10pm) - no secrets at all (gossip culture is encouraged) - there is almost like a cult mentality where everyone thinks the hustle/grind is just part of the “agency life” if you can’t take it then you’re not meant to be here - sky high expectations for an intern - just don’t work here if you value your mental health
