Management does everything in their power to help you and your team succeed.
Cons
Sometimes when there is large number of students enrolling, the fast-pace nature can be a tad stressful.

-Company likes to promote from within. -It can be a fun environment where you get to know different people all the time. -You have an opportunity to inspire students and wow guests. -Offers benefits and easy 401k planning.
Cons
-Students can be disrespectful and demanding towards staff members. -Salaries for some positions could be increased. -Clients don’t always fully grasp the concept of it being a school and that they are working with students.
