Pros
Beautiful students with a thirst for knowledge.
Cons
Low pay and deplorable administration. Very toxic work environment. The curriculum is dated and the students are not prepared for successful careers or to pass their exams.

Pros
-Company likes to promote from within. -It can be a fun environment where you get to know different people all the time. -You have an opportunity to inspire students and wow guests. -Offers benefits and easy 401k planning.
Cons
-Students can be disrespectful and demanding towards staff members. -Salaries for some positions could be increased. -Clients don’t always fully grasp the concept of it being a school and that they are working with students.

Some of the instructors are really nice
Cons
Lackluster and subpart experience for the students, high turnover rate of instructors. All the equipment is always broken, they’re almost always missing simple materials like towels, hair color, etc.

Very misleading starting with interview process. Training is not what you will be doing in real time.

There were several red flags which started from the interviewing process that I ignored, which turned out to be my biggest regret. Very unprofessional and unorganized experience
