Union position allows a say in pay and benefits. Great medical benefits. Step increases and the past few years and coming years have negotiated union cost of living raises. Room for advancement.

Management often unwilling to change with new workplace ideas. Like things done how they always have. Employees seem to have little say in how things affect them.

Until the current Administration and Management we were focused on injury prevention. The supposed excellent customer service is now focused on waiting until a worker is injured- barbaric
