    Pros

Opportunities to learn new software programs, participate on teams, and educational and financial benefits.

    Cons

Some management staff are somewhat ridged.

    Advice to Management

Stop relocating ridged managers from bureau to bureau and office to office to help them keep their jobs. Give ridged managers accounts to work on, not people.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Ohio Department of Health full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Worked with great people at the time

    Cons

No help from the top down, limited growth and favoritism by management for non workers. You do more of the work and the chief gets credit but yet will bug you to get something the chief wants. You can get blamed for somethings that you didn't do and after proven wrong, no apology, just continue harassment. The union can't help when they can't help themselves.

    Advice to Management

Quit micro managing and be fair. Do no bring personal problems to work and promote those who do a great job and discipline those who don't do their job on a yearly basis
