I have been working at Ohio Living full-time

    Pros

Laid back environment, focus is on elders and their choices. Management does a great job of listening to their staff and resolving issues. Great place to grow.

    Cons

Pay is not the best, but it is non profit. There are many other benefits that outweigh this.

    Advice to Management

Continue to value and acknowledge staff.
