    Pros

    Small environment. Close-knit environment.

    Cons

I hate everything about Ohio Living. Don't waste your time here. Low-pay, 4 years having your brain feel like it's on autopilot. No creativity or problem-solving involved. Just become a zombie.

I have been working at Ohio Living full-time

    Pros

The positive culture of Ohio Living is by far one of the best I have ever experienced. The CEO and other executives are very approachable and interested in the work their employees do.

    Cons

The only con is that by nature of the fact that it is a non-profit organization the work load is heavy.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you do!

I worked at Ohio Living full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Dogged by HR at Hospice of Columbus, should have never left previous good job.

    Cons

Managers, Director unqualified . UNPROFESSIONAL, non Christian treatment.

    Advice to Management

Turn in your spiked heels and designer clothes for scrubs for one week. ED needs to be a REAL nurse. HUMAN Resources needs to go back to previous truck driving job. Totally unqualified.

    Pros

Not alot pros about this place !

    Cons

Management do not care about the employees, they have supervisors and unit managers who could care less about their Nurses and staff and they MICROMANAGE everything. The Nurses and STNAs are over worked and underpaid, hence the high turnover. This place is a Hot mess, The Good Nurses who actually cared for the residents have all left because of management and their unappreciation !! it is a VERY SAD situation !

    Pros

It is evident that both the Administrator and the Human Resources Manager care deeply about the employees. They are always trying to find ways to show their appreciation for staff.

    Cons

The rates of reimbursement for the services in this industry often limit what an employer can do but it is not a reflection of how much this company values their employees.
