    Pros

Great engineering group and marketing. Respectful coworkers.
    Flexible hours.
    Fairly stable from financial perspective.
Easy to approach and ask for help from anybody, people will always listen to you and try to help.

    Cons

Issues with QA. Not the best QA people.
    Under FDA warning letter.
Smaller company, so not as many resources as a big company.

    Advice to Management

Get Better QA people, not just more of them.
    Concentrate on customer needs.
Update procedures and train people to actually follow them
Increase compensation - too many great people leaving because they are not getting payed enough.

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Ohio Medical full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

I loved my co-workers and former sales management team
Solid product with a great reputation in the marketplace
    Loved that I worked remote

    Cons

Management would start new polices and programs but never follow through with them.
Management by fear in some departments

    Advice to Management

Upper Management does not always seem to appreciate or understand employees and the importance of their roles.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Ohio Medical as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Small company - more family-feel
    More autonomy, with more responsibilities
great people, can built a good network
Can talk directly to upper management

    Cons

For the kind of job I did, this company does not pay well. There is also politics at play here in this company so it's definitely hard to get somewhere based on you skills alone.

    Advice to Management

    Pay employees better
