    Pros

A great place to gain experience and knowledge about the inner workings of a professional sports team. Was able to see how multiple departments worked, not just my own. Everyone was so nice and welcoming.

    Cons

There isn't a huge opportunity for growth within organization just because of size, but other than that, I can't think of any cons.

    Advice to Management

Continue making this a great place to work!

I worked at Oklahoma City Thunder part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The events crew is a great way to get your foot in the door if you want to enter the sports industry. You get first-hand experience with game operations.

    Cons

Because it's the sports industry, you are required to work many nights, weekends and holidays, which can be a drag at times.

    Advice to Management

The training is great, so keep that in place. For events crew, maybe communicate on how team members can get other opportunities within the company.
