Pros
Putting patients first and providing good benefits
Cons
Benefits continue to get too expensive
- Former Employee, more than 10 years★★★★★
I wish I could say better things.
Jan 25, 2023 - in Oklahoma City, OKRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The benefits were good as long as you stayed in the tight network of 100% coverage. Great doctors and immediate co-workers.
Cons
If you are not part of the clique, cut your losses and move on. Your efforts and dedication will go unnoticed. The reviews on here about the toxicity of the top management are accurate.

Good place to work
Feb 2, 2023 - Nursing Assistant in Oklahoma City, OKRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
People were great to work with
Cons
I feel like the company and morale went downhill after they connected with Mercy at the South location. It always seemed like whenever Mercy would do price increases for food, OHH would follow.
- Former Employee, more than 5 years★★★★★
Pros
The organization as a whole is wonderful. The benefits are great.
Cons
Some business office managers and directors prevaricate to protect themselves.

First clinic nurse job
Jan 15, 2023 - Clinic Nurse in Oklahoma City, OKRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Good pay. Better than I expected for a clinic nurse position.
Cons
Long hours and weekend rounding.
- Former Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros
Benefits were really good - contracts with Mercy and McBride. No co-pays or deductibles had to paid/met as long as you were seen at the Heart Hospital or the 2 previously mentioned systems.
Cons
Poor management and poor pay. Patient satisfaction was the only thing that seemed to be of importance. Pay raises were not given, programs were cut, etc. in order to "save money" but the CEO, CFO, COO and partner physicians received pay increases. Management, on the clinic side, was very poor. No real investigations of complaints, lack of respect for staff, and systemic racism.
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
The travel is the only thing worth working there.
Cons
The management has changed and does not listen to the employees. They accuse you of doing things with no proof given when asked.

- Former Employee, more than 8 years★★★★★
Pros
Yearly uniform benefit voucher is nice
Cons
Toxic management is running the hospital into the ground
- Former Employee, more than 8 years★★★★★
Pros
Good atmosphere, nurse to patient ratio is excellent, patient care centered
Cons
Management does not back the nurses. Tatteling is encouraged from the top down. The turn over of staff especially of seasoned nurses has affected the care. New nurses are training newer nurses.
