    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at Oklahoma State University full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I had a wonderful boss in my department, but other counselors were not so lucky. They don't pay overtime, but instead award 1.5x comp time, which I really liked. Benefits were ok.

    Cons

The office I was in had a toxic culture; very low pay for high demand work that required a degree; no room to grow. High turnover.
