      Great environment to spend a summer, had a ton of fun working with the kids and other instructors.

      Cons

      Low pay, lack of promotion from year to year

        Pros

        Meet great people, develop leadership skills, and learn about responsibility. I grew in so many aspects and appreciate everything I learned from this experience.

        Cons

        None. I cannot think of any downsides to working for this yacht club. I would recommend this company to anyone who is passionate about sailing.
