Okta is run by great people and is an exciting company to work for. Becoming more corporate now that it has grown so much with comes with some downsides but overall it has a great culture and driven, kind people.
Cons
SDRs specifically are slightly mismanaged - every team is different there is not much consistency across the board. Hard to get promoted. Hard to move out of sales.
