    management was BIAS. discriminative, last 5 years mostly HISPANICS was hired, even didn't speak fluent English.

    stop being prejudice.. hire most qualified an not underquilified cause they was not born HISPANIC OR LATINO..

    Pros

    Its an decent place to work. Managers are nice for the most part. The pay is competitive and easy to live off of.

    Cons

    Management can use some work, company culture is not the greatest, employees are under valued. Very little to no room for personal growth
