      Pros

Benefits Great pay without a required degree Vacation time is consistent within the corporate industry

      Cons

Current increase in business overworks the billing department. While the pay is great for the job, the extra night time hours have worn down employees over the last 12 months.

      Pros

-Highest pay in industry -They don't skimp on having the materials you need to do the job correctly. Great Benefits.

      Cons

Doesn't matter how good of a job you do. You are based solely on the speed at which you do the job. Overtime pay stars at 60hrs per week.

Good ol boy network alive and well

      Pros

Stable company with just "okay" benefits. There are some good and bad managers and department heads (like everywhere)

      Cons

Very few people of color on their corporate managementteam. They pretend to have an open door policy, but, truth is, this company is managed by white men (and a few white women) that really don't care what employees think. There are some women in lower and mid levels of management, but very few in VP and officer roles. The company aggressively works to keep unions at bay.

The company does not care about you.

      Pros

      Very good benefits and pay.

      Cons

The culture and how the company treats you is disgusting. They are full of slimy, dishonest, people that act like you are totally disposable. They do not care about your development whatsoever. No matter how hard you work, you are a number and that's it. Good luck moving up or enjoying your time at this company.
