    Pros

Leaving and not having to go back.

    Cons

Culture- Backstabbing, clicks and very gossipy.
Executive Management- Terrible. No support, unrealistic expectations.
Discriminatory- Age discrimination, discrimination against gays.
No Life Balance- Expectation is that you go to community events before your work day begins and attend events after your work day ends. The amount you do in this aspect is never enough. I never saw my kids and only heard do more from the regional manager despite exceeding goals and making the company a lot of money.
Bad reputation in the community- After many mergers that were not handled well there were/are many lost accounts,
Customer Service- Customer service is poor. Typical big bank. Only cares about the money and not the customers or employees that put them there.

I worked at Old National Bancorp full-time

    Pros

*Sick time that can be used for medical or dental appointments.
*All holidays plus bank holidays off
*Bonuses on sales and annual bonus

    Cons

*Became very sales driven to the point of micromanaging every breath you take. This led to a stressful and hostile work environment.
    *Saturday's are mandatory.
*Bonuses are based on sales and so is the annual bonus.
    * Long hours

    Advice to Management

If you are truly an "ethical" bank, stop sales pushing.

    Pros

This business has been around for over 100 years. It is a good steady workplace. It has been a community bank for many years, and now is transitioning into more complex and sophisticated products. This is also a great bank for those in real estate and development lending.

    Cons

This is a slow moving bank and many of the changes that are needed will take many years to reach. Not an exciting or challenging atmosphere. The bank has grown aggressively in recent years, but seems to have grown past the competence of the current team and infrastructure.

    Advice to Management

Pick a path: if you are going to be a large community bank, then do that well and better than anyone. If you are going to be a more sophisticated bank with more investment banking products, then go that route. You can't do both well, at least not with the current infrastructure.
