    Pros

    Easy interview
    Nice Team
    Helpful managers (some)
    Good for a first job
    Good doscounts

    Cons

A lot of pressure to get ONC
    Bad hours
    Some managers are too overbearing

    Advice to Management

It's hard for us to help customers because we're so pressed to get people to sign up for ONC's and checking them out fast enough so we don't land in the "red".

    Pros

    - Cool coworkers, for the most part
    - Employee discounts
    - If you live comfortably (i.e. with your parents) and go to school, this is for you!

    Cons

    - Customers, as always, are the worst (rude manners, making store messy)
    - Pay rate is low at previous location
    - Since it's retail, scheduling was an issue at times
    - Holidays

    Advice to Management

Training could be a little better, especially for those you want on the registers.

I have been working at Old Navy part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Old Navy has a very good employee discount that can also be used at Gap and Banana Republic. The store has a relaxing ambiance and in my experience the customers aren't extremely rude.

    Cons

All management cares about is the Old Navy credit card. If you don't sign any customers up for it they barely give you any hours and accuse you of not engaging the customers.

    Advice to Management

Stop putting so much emphasis on the Old Navy credit card. People on the sales floor should not have to juggle keeping the store orderly and pressuring customers into applying for a credit card.
