  • I would say there are actually not too many cons, maybe the amount of pushing to open credit cards can get a little annoying but manageable (in 316 reviews)

  • Little work-life balance, difficulty scheduling (in 92 reviews)

I worked at Old Navy full-time

    Pros

Flexible hours, discount, you don't have to work hard, no one is following up with training, there is no training , dirty, dusty, unsafe, favoritism, if you complain then they will fire you with out any reasons. If you defend someone, they will find a reason to document you.

    Cons

Unsafe environment, tools are very heavy. You forded to open credit cards. They might forget your lunches and brakes. You might get your schedule change 3 times a week with asking you.

    Advice to Management

Need to go back and learn some people skills

I have been working at Old Navy part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The discount is really good! Old navy has a lot of cute clothing. One of my favorite stores to shop at.

    Cons

Management is unprofessional, over hired a lot of people, little to no hours, management encourages employees to have multiple jobs, peers are bullies, do NOT work here if you expect 15 hrs or more. Had to share a locker with 3 other people yet was yelled at for leaving my belongings in the breakroom when locker was occupied. Don't quit your current job because it's not worth the hours! They have really nice clothing but working here is not worth it if you're a experienced retail employee. Also hired "interns" to basically do the same job as a titled salesfloor or cashier. Have to order discount card and is a huge complicated process

    Advice to Management

Give new hires information about how to set direct deposit on their own and about how to order their discount cards.
