    Great environment, everyone one is pretty nice, you learn a lot of skills that can be applied to other areas of work

    Cons

    Not much growth, rude customers who take their frustrations out on you, high standards low incentives, hours vary depending on not only your work but how much the store is projected to make that week

    Stop the favoritism

    Discount at gap, banana republic and old navy. fun environment.

    Clogged employment advancement pipeline, lack of growth, hours, low pay

    Advice to Management

    Provide more incentives and stop letting people who work there for 20 years clog positions from young passionate people. Hire non idiotic store managers. Develop your people so you can promote from within.

    Pros

    Great customers and Old Navy treats employees better than most retail companies. Old Navy is super customer friendly which is great because I rarely have to say no to anyone.

    Cons

    Retail itself isn't easy. I don't have any cons for Old Navy. Old Navy is one of the better companies to work retail.

    Pros

    A good place to build your work experience if you need that. There is opportunity for growth. The discount is good because you can shop at Gap and Banana Republic also.

    Cons

    Management had no idea how to work with staff and tried playing one staff member against another. The money not that great when you compare other stores

    Listen to your staff they can help you lead
