    It’s a very good first retail job also they teach you a lot if you show you wanna learn more

    Dealing with unruly customers every day having to fold clothes 5secs after you just folded them because a customer just threw them around

    Working at an Old Navy Flagship location, I am able to experience the in's and out's out corporate and high ranking managers. Overall, Old Navy is a company that has a good morale and sells quality clothing for the price.

    Cons

    The management is horrible. Point, blank, period.

    Advice to Management

    I advise you service to your employees concerns and comments more often. Communication is a skill of a good leader, and half of the management does not obtain the skill.
