    Pros

    Discount at Old Navy, Gap, Banana Republic and Athleta. Flexible schedule. Time and a half on Sundays and holidays. Great staff. Awesome Manager.

    Cons

    Sometimes no schedule. Sometimes full time schedule. No benefits for part-time.

    Management is decent for the most part and good discount. Overall a good place to work.

    Cons

    if leads are going to have more responsibilities than associates, then we should be getting paid more then them. Sometimes the hours can be a lot like multiple overnight shifts in a row.

    Advice to Management

    Have the leads be paid a little more than the associates.
