    Learning customer service on a daily basis, good promotion opportunities if wanted, other associates are happy to help and learn.

    Cons

    Some management aren't apt to teach, stressful environment and small time to complete tasks.

    Advice to Management

    Be willing to teach people individually with plenty of time as well as be calm and cool headed under the stress of retail.

    Supportive mentors that invest in you, give you stretch projects when you need it and constantly keep you motivated and challenged. Incredible support system and incredible cross functional partners. Love my team and the people in this building.

    Given the nature of this being a large brand there are layers you have to go through for approval.

    coworkers are sometimes very young but everyone is super upbeat, the pay is decent

    I have full creative leverage for product placement and marketing that still fits company standard. The discount with the company is amazing.

    Cons

    Higher management is atrocious when it comes to ensuring hours and scheduling. Barely complies with your availability.
