I worked at Old Navy part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I started out as a Seasonal worker and then they kept me for a regular part-time worker. I got along with all of the Managers well since most of the people who were working here were students at the time and I would always open with the managers. They gave me a lot of hours because I was a good worker and had a lot of availability so that was probably why I got along with them well. It's a good starting job and good place for part-time!

    Cons

Not really any opportunities for overtime. The only time was one day after the black friday sales.

I have been working at Old Navy part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Pay is $10 which is decent for a part time retail job. Discount is 50% off regular price which is nice. Overall an easy customer service job where you are expected to deal with rude customers with a smile.

    Cons

Hours really plunge after holiday season. Sometimes too much of a push to get people to sign up for credit cards that it just makes the employees feel bad.

    Pros

Flexible scheduling, reliable schedule, friendly environment.

    Cons

Stressful work (folding stacks upon stacks of clothes), customers can be rude, expected to meet company targets but not punished (email capture, card sales, supercash)

I have been working at Old Navy part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Old Navy is a great place to work. You get an amazing discount (50% OFF- Full priced items) that you most likely can't get while working at any other retail store. Very fast paced job!

    Cons

There is not a whole lot of cons, but there are some just like any other place that you would work at.
I think a con would be that the company is evolving more on the technical side which can be inconvenient at times

I worked at Old Navy part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I loved my coworkers and managers. The discount at Old Navy, Gap, and Banana Republic was great. It was very easy to request days off and the company has really good values.

    Cons

Customers constantly complained about not understanding prices, shifts were sometimes only 3 hours long or got cut
