I have been working at Old Navy full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Discount is one of the best and the pay is pretty decent.
Leadership, in some cases, can be amazing and supportive.

    Cons

Hours are scarce, unless you are full time and the only way you can be full time is to be a leader.
Customers are some of the worst and best people. Most people don't care about you and will completely destroy anything you're working on, including a good mood. They expect discounts because they don't live in town.
Management will hound you constantly for getting them Old Navy Card applications.
    You will feel under appreciated.

    Advice to Management

Appreciate your team, even something as simple as saying thank you goes a long way.

I have been working at Old Navy full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Purely the discount. 50% off everything, except clearance. Pay seemed decent at first, then it became apparent it wasn't enough considering the expectations.

    Cons

Upper management issues galore! It's an utterly dysfunctional workplace; no one has clear job expectations or follows company guidelines.

    Advice to Management

Stay organized and hold people accountable for their jobs. Don't allow level 7s to pawn off their duties on those who are only supposed to execute plans from higher up.
