    Mangers come and go so you have to get use to it. Customers can be awful if they don't get their way.

    Pros

    They were very flexible with my schedule while I was part time. I got to work as much as I wanted. It was relatively easy to work up the ladder, although I stopped at specialist.

    Cons

    High turnover in management, lots of shuffling. That did make it easier to move up.

    I often felt as though our goal numbers were unattainable.
