    Pros

Great customers and Old Navy treats employees better than most retail companies. Old Navy is super customer friendly which is great because I rarely have to say no to anyone.

    Cons

Retail itself isn't easy. I don't have any cons for Old Navy. Old Navy is one of the better companies to work retail.

I have been working at Old Navy (More than 3 years)

    Pros

It's very relaxed and not a hard job at all. I've been with the company for a few years and it's easy money. Show up and do your job and you'll be good. The management really works with schedules and is a great part time job. There is room for a raise so you have potential to make over $10/hr which you get after working with the company for 3 months

    Cons

It tends to get repetitive and boring at times but you deal with it. They tend to hire a lot of high schoolers which end up not showing up and not taking the job seriously

    Advice to Management

Thanks for all the food you guys bring in all the time. You guys work with schedules and understand that life happens and that's what keeps people happy and willing to be better workers.
