I have been working at Old Navy part-time

    Pros

Flexible, fun people to work with, high energy. It varies from store to store, but all the stores in Idaho have really great teams and work around schedules really well.

    Cons

Very hard to move up. Moving from "associate" to the next level, "specialist" requires completely open availability and doesn't pay much more than an associate. You are expected to work part time until you get into upper management. If you have a husband supporting you, great! But if you're trying to live off of it until you get to the point in upper store management where the living wages are, maybe keep looking.

I have been working at Old Navy part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great atmosphere, absolutely incredible coworkers, 50% employee discount, gradual raise in salary, flexible schedule

    Cons

The store gets dusty quick because of cotton so sometimes allergies are triggered during long shifts, no benefit (other than recognition) for getting customers signed up for Brand ONCs on register
