    Pros

Get to meet people from all over the world, coming to gain memories and enjoy some fantastic food.

    Cons

Not really many cons, but it was always extremely busy Monday through Sunday.

    Advice to Management

    Good Job

I worked at Old Spaghetti Factory Canada part-time

    Pros

    - Everyone for the most part was really fun to work with.
    - The app for scheduling was really convenient for swapping shifts and picking up shifts.

    Cons

    - There is no place to park. There is a place across the street for parking that you have to pay for a lot of time. And when you work a concert/hockey game you will for sure pay $7 every single time. And you do not get reimbursed or anything. You can be sneaky and validate the ticket yourself on a night with no events at SAP. But I paid for parking 20+ times.
    - Management needs work.
    - You have to ask to be promoted from hostess to server. Did not find that out until after I put my 2 weeks in.
    - Management needs a lot of work.
    - Customers can be really rude so you need thick skin to take some of the comments.
    - If you are to go host you are working A LOT harder than the other hosts because there is door dash orders and you do not get tips.

    Advice to Management

    - Get new management.
    - Do not ask why workers need the day off, they have the legal right to not tell you.
    - Workers should get to take home free food if someone screwed up an order. Management throws it away and wastes it. And same with the bread.

I worked at Old Spaghetti Factory Canada (Less than a year)

    Pros

The only one I can think of is that they let the bartenders drink for free after their shifts.

    Cons

I cannot even begin to describe the type of abuse I endured at this job. As a bartender, I worked the latest hours and often had to be alone with a swing manager who always seemed to be locked in the office. There was much speculation that illegal drugs were being done, and he would often emerge several minutes later with white around his nose.

Even worse, I was sexually assaulted by a member of staff and when I reported it, was told that nothing could be done as that staff member had been with the company "forever." Less upsetting, but still noteworthy was the time that I was forced to sign off on a "write-up" because a customer wrote a letter to head offices complaining about how revealing my top was. Of course, I was simply wearing a top that was provided to me by my boss. I argued and explained that I wouldn't be signing anything, as I was simply wearing my uniform and was instructed to do so , "or I would have to be let go."

I was also asked to pay out of pocket when someone dine and dashed, even though I had a section of over 10 tables and was receiving next to no support. Both Head managers are horrible leaders, so obsessed with having a good time that they don't care that staff are having sex and doing drugs in the restaurant after hours. This is a restaurant run by children, DO NOT WORK HERE, you have been warned.

    Advice to Management

    Nothing can help this place...
