    I worked at Oleeo full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Good place to learn as a junior. Relaxed working env Flexible working - home, office, so long as the job gets done.

    Cons

    No HR - no policies, all done by line managers who often are too busy to deal with HR related issues No real understanding of recruitment in the business. All very technical minded.

    I have been working at Oleeo full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Positive attitude towards work / life balance, incredible customer base, historically award winning / best in class tech, a sustained hiring strategy more recently in key business areas, one of the largest tech teams (some serious talent with a wealth of experience) dedicated to rec software in uk, location (if out of london floats your boat as it does mine), autonomy. Some exciting plans underway around improving delivery model and certain business areas. Excellent oportunities for junior support and System analyst staff (regular promotions / moves into other business units), new uk md is having very positive impact on company.

    Cons

    Lack of innovation over recent years, poor customer satisfaction reviews, fire fighting environment, product roadmap driven by what a developer thinks would improve platform rather than any strategic customer focussed roadmap, bit too relaxed environment means some people in all business units could be giving less than 100%, struggling to make the move from small to medium sized business.
