    Negative Outlook

I worked at Olinger full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Other employees are nice as long as you watch your back most are willing to walk on it to get where they want to go

    Cons

Too many Chiefs. You can advance as long as you kiss the right butt and are willing to get there by stabbing your co worker in the back

    Advice to Management

do your own jobs instead of counting on your spies to rat other co workers out, which would be OK if you bothered to check out the information you are getting like is it true or does the rat have their own agenda

    Pros

Olinger takes care of their employees. They are striving to do the right things better and hold their employees accountable to move the company towards their goals.

    Cons

As of right now the only downsides is the uncertainty in the market. There is a new wholesaler in the market and many people are moving companies.

    Advice to Management

Keep and open and honest discussion with the employees of the company so that they feel like they understand what direction the company is heading.

Flexible schedule was the best aspect, excellent benefits, very good pay for "average" sales person

    Cons

pay/commission structure constantly changed and commission level changed sometimes monthly depending on how poorly or well you performed, top performers may become frustrated with pay

    Advice to Management

Pay top performers a consistent fair commission, this is not socialism this is sales
