      Pros

Proficient servers at Olive Graden can expect to make anywhere from $10-$20 an hour on weekdays in tips, plus $4 in hourly wages. On the weekends you'll often make $20-$30 (or event higher). Working in a restraunt also allows for a very flexible schedule, we can pickup and drop shifts if we need time off or extra money.

      Cons

There are no set out times, you often work until guests stop coming in the door. This can lead to 10+ hour long shifts. You'll be very busy throughout your shifts, on somedays you may be moving around the restaurant for hours on end without a break.

      Pros

Not a hard job OK hourly pay Discounted food Occasional free food Flexible schedule

      Cons

Unless you have worked there a long time, you will not be given more than 25 hours a week Boring Food is so expensive that even with 50% discount, you are probably better off eating somewhere else

      Pros

Decent tips, made on average 60-100 or more a day, hourly pay is decent, flexible schedule. Decent management team.

      Cons

The all you can pasta deals sucks, money can be better, you only get 3 tables to serve, they push you to up-sell aggressively.

      Pros

Flexible schedules- Can work as little as 3 days a week. Not a lot of down time. No side work (usually) You can walk out with cash each shift. You don't have to wait for a paycheck.

      Cons

Have to work at least 1 day during the week and Saturday & Sunday. As with any serving job, you're only making $2.13 per hr. It's all tips.
