Pros
The executive team is very easy to work with. The policies are straight forward. The sense of community is conducive to a great working environment.
Cons
With a large amount of remote workers sometimes it is hard to connect with everyone.

Pros
Solid company, great leadership, financially sound, and headed in the right direction. I find Olympus to be a more intelligent company than their competitors.
Cons
Every job has its cons. The pros out weigh the cons, by far.

Pros
There are no pros. This company is cliquish.
Cons
Getting hired. Even with experience.

Pros
Benefits are pretty solid, Food Monday Wednesday and Friday ( might not be what you like but its free if you want it, just make sure you get in line early or nothing is left)
Cons
Management. No direction or one strong word. Directions are all over the place, everyone says to do different things and they do NOT include the customer service team (FNOL) in ANYTHING claim related when they are the "front lines" of the claims department. Upper management does NOT care. There is clear Favoritism, if you are not liked you will NOT grow or get promoted no matter how good you are or amount of work you do. NO ANNUAL REVIEW, they do not believe in this, besides an 80 cent cost of living based on your time with the company..... adjusters are protected for EVERYTHING. It's always customer service or someone else's fault when files can go untouched for over a MONTH at a time.

Pros
Free lunch three times a week Flexibility in using PTO
Cons
Employees aren't held accountable for slacking on the job Pay isn't the best for the high cost of living in South Florida Micromanaging, it feels like you're being watched 24/7 Increasing job duties, even though you work in one department you may end up assisting another department while still being expected to complete your regular duties

Pros
They are in line with proper wages, but they feel like they own you once you get into the "bullpen" as the HR lady shared with me twice before hire. They feed you lunch three times a week.
Cons
Micromanaged to the worst degree, many in lower management/supervisory have no experience and it's a loosey-goosey act, the HR Process was very contradictory - offered one job and started as a different one when they finally got the department up and running. They never advised in writing or verbally prior to hire in event of a Hurricane or Natural Disaster you will be required to work 7 days a week, 7am-7pm or longer. Training was copied from their former 3rd party provider, that we didn't have access to their systems.

Pros
Innovative culture. Management actually cares about the staff, as demonstrated by action, not talk.
Cons
None come to mind, it is a great place to work.
