I worked at Omni Health Services part-time (More than a year)
Stable job, easy office work, pleasant coworkers. Somewhat flexible schedule. Meet lots of new people. Good office experience, and medical office training.
Lower pay than some office jobs, sometimes office is very busy and understaffed. Not much room for advancement. Dealing with insurance companies.
I have been working at Omni Health Services full-time
You gain a lot of experience with a diverse population of clients
Coworkers are generally great
Not paid for the exorbitant amount of hours you put in (fee for service, meaning you only get paid for direct contact with client hours but not for no shows or paperwork, which there is a lot of), poor management, you have to work hard to find support sometimes, it is encouraged to take on far too much and you get shamed for trying to not take on too much by management
Advice to Management
Pay for non billable hours, respect that clinicians can only take on so much, treat employees more humanely
Horrible Management, low pay, no job security or building, and no benefits. You will regret working for this company.
Nice Staff, and you get to meet different people of all kinds.
