    I worked at Omni Hotels full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Discounted dinner, co-workers were lovely to work with, most guests were friendly and I enjoyed helping them. Pay wasn't that bad to start off with, but not enough to support someone without having a roommate.

    Cons

    Management could have been much better. They micro-managed everything we did and expected us to do things outside of our normal job tasks because they over-staffed my area for the season. Scheduling was done by favoritism.

    This is a great company to work for their values are in place and for the most part they stand by those values

    Cons

    Like any business you will run into people who do not match or hold the values of the company and can be a pain. Sometimes they last awhile before they are figured out !

    Management is difficult and they like you to think that they care about their employees but they don't. They just care about money

    Need to care for your employees like you claim that you do and live up to your promises
