    Leadership is very open to input and engages all the staff to share ideas and insights in a non judgmental way. Great team dynamic. Everyone I've worked with has been super friendly will go out of their way to help you out if you have any questions or issues. Tons of opportunity to grow.     Cons

    Lot of changes in the past that I was not around to experience. I cant say that's a negative but I know it has affected the way some previous staff view the company. I think they are moving in the right direction and have brought in a sharp group of people who want to now build up the company and make a lasting impact in the market.

    Advice to Management

    Keep engaging your engaging with your staff! I love being able to work for a company that allows me to contribute and share ideas in areas of the business that might be out of my job description's mandate.

      Pros

      Great office environment and loved my co- workers. Working with so many different industries was challenging and exciting every day. I enjoyed that it was relationship-based sales process at the beginning.

      As with any organization, their are challenges to to be faced. Either you can look at them as a con/problem or as an opportunity to make a difference. Yes, Omni has had some past challenges that could be viewed as a con, but now those challenges are opportunities for people that have an entrepreneurial spirit and collectively enjoy building something together as a team.

      Advice to Management

      Management has done a good job in communicating the current state of business and the direction the organization is headed. Continue to be open with the employees, stay the course and all the hard work will pay off.

      Disgruntled employees are distracting. Higher than normal turnover as culture is shifting, but expected. Learning curve for new employees as they enter slows down internal processes. On boarding needs continued refinement.

      Pros

      You get the chance to make a difference every day and be part of rebuilding a company. Since we are growing fast, there is a lot of opportunities for those who want to grow. No red tape!

      Cons

      It takes a lot of work to rebuild the company and several people that have left without giving a 2-week notice have put the burden on those remaining to fill in the gaps.

      Advice to Management

      Keep hiring positive, energetic people that are willing to put in the time and effort it takes to rebuild a company.

      Flexibility was great. In the past teamwork and management ranked high but the last few years it was a struggle.

      Cons

      Change in management and lack of clear focus. Stepping away from Omni's roots has left it floundering.

      Pros

      Changes have happened in a big way in the last 16 months. With the release of the last CEO in February, a brand new 6+ person BDM (Business Development Management) team and 3 new VP's, Omni has a feeling of a new start up company with a great Client and Development team foundation. If we continue to do this right Omni will be the company we all want it to be in the very near future.

      Cons

      With rebuilding there are always bumps in the road. The BDM's are driving work into Omni again and there is true excitement in that. Now its time to focus on the Solutions Group and build up the talent Omni needs to move forward.

      Advice to Management

      Keep listening to the employee owners. Continue the open and honest conversations. Continue to have fun.

        Resignations of great employees - consultants, sales, human resources Inexperience leadership team - clueless Decreasing finances Offering high salaries & bonuses to attract new employees Don't believe the "rebuilding" message

        Recommend for the BOD to close the company
