    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Omni Visions full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Retirement benefits, helping the individuals that receive services

    Cons

Top management allows one person to have all of the control in decision making; so if you have the wrong person in that position, then your entire quality and program suffers, even when you have experienced people who could work together and increase quality, revenue, and have happier employees, resulting in better care for people

    Advice to Management

Do not let one person manager have all of the control. More upper level involvement so they could be aware of how employees are treated. Take time to meet with employees so they can actually tell you issues.

Show more respect and appreciation for staff in the homes

I worked at Omni Visions full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Loved working with the youth and families and getting to know multiple people. Most weeks you have a flexible schedule and you're able to work from home.

    Cons

On call 24/5. Company treats employees very differently, some unfairly. Even when following policy, management will write you up or fire you if they feel you didn't handle something the way they preferred.

    Advice to Management

Have set policies, rather than a gray area of how things may be handled. Have team leaders be more qualified and required to answer phone, text, email when workers are trying to reach them. Respect the employees all the same.
