    Pros

    Cons

This job requires great multi-tasking skills, but that isn't really a con.

I have been working at Omni Visions full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Some decent perks like PTO, understanding supervisors, raise after a years work. Flexibility in your schedule and can make your own hours sometimes

    Cons

Hard to deal with all the people involved in the job. Poor communication at times, and being on call Monday- Friday is terrible. Expected to respond to all emergencies at any time.

    Advice to Management

Don't be so tight with money. Maybe consider safety of workers a little more.

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Omni Visions full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Retirement benefits, helping the individuals that receive services

    Cons

Top management allows one person to have all of the control in decision making; so if you have the wrong person in that position, then your entire quality and program suffers, even when you have experienced people who could work together and increase quality, revenue, and have happier employees, resulting in better care for people

    Advice to Management

Do not let one person manager have all of the control. More upper level involvement so they could be aware of how employees are treated. Take time to meet with employees so they can actually tell you issues.
